We sincerely apologize for the recent connection issues that have been occurring. Recently we have taken steps to improve connectivity, but unfortunately this does not appear to have fully resolved the issue, requiring further investigation.
We believe we have diagnosed the root cause of the problem at this time, and have begun a plan of action in order to resolve this issue. This will be a two-phase process in order to fully restore service at peak performance.
We expect the first phase to be completed next week, which should assist with improving connectivity. In the meantime, you may continue to experience connection issues during our peak activity times, and particularly while we are completing this phase.
The second phase will require some scheduled downtime of the game. We will update this information when available, and a new announcement will be provided in-game once we have scheduled the date for this to occur. We will be altering the PVP Event schedule for this so that no one is negatively impacted in PVP due to this downtime.
