If you go to play your game and it appears to have been reset or your heroes and progress are missing; the common cause for this is being logged into the wrong game account.
This can happen if you manually log out of a game account (or into a different one), but it can also happen if you try to log into your bound account while Google Play Game Services or iTunes Game Center is unavailable.
