If it's been 72 hours and you've had no response your ticket, you may have been sent a response and not received it.
The most common reason that players don't get a response is a typo in their email address. Double-check the email spelling that you put into your ticket. If it's wrong, you can correct it or send the issue on a new ticket with your correct email.
If you sent in a ticket on the website, you need to sign up for an account before you'll receive your response. You should receive an automatic notice telling you this, but it's a good thing to know and check, just in case.
And as always, be sure to check your spam and/or junk folders. Active filters can shift our responses into there.
